part of the reason my buggy projects fail to advance, regularly getting side tracked by other toys A large pressure washer for free that needed a service and fuel filter Some of mine and my sons bikes, needing lots of feteling My birthday present to myself, which has decided to only run on two cylinders, so will need looking at A 1.8t motor to be fitted to my rail once I get round to finishing it An ex school computer storage, being converted into a mobile workbench, but currently a handy place to pile up carp Will try to sort pictures of some of my other bits on the side Ttfn Glenn
congratulations.
I could never handle road bikes, they are so far beyond my abilities.
A friend has an Eddie Lawson Replica that seems to be gaining in value constantly.
Thanks, am in the same boat as far as abilities go, but you don't have to be pushing the limits to enjoy yourself.
Too fat to go fast, too old to care.
Back when they were new some of my friends had Lawson replicas, always fancied one but prices have gone silly and the market is awash with replica, replicas Ttfn Glenn

When are you painting it? I've been reading alot about iso free 2k, seem to hear more dislike for it than like though. I'd use it if I thought it would set properly, but I hear alot of people saying even 4-6 weeks on its still too soft to mask etc. I'll be very interested to hear how you get on as I have a project to paint in a couple of weeks. I tried some non iso paint, took weeks to harden so not recommended Ttfn Glenn

Would making the door frame from pipe be an option? Would give you a rigid frame which the webbing can be wrapped around Ttfn Glenn

Bit more expensive, but how about one of the diesel heaters? Can be connected to the heater vents, but also can be set with a timer so your car is all toasty for you in the morning, at whatever temperature you set it to Ttfn Glenn

The engine is usually a Honda cg125 clone, a 150 big bore is the easy/cheap starting point, mine cost about 25 quid, silencers may be restrictive, there is not a great deal of go faster bits available in the uk, they are hugely popular in Brazil and have a huge tuning scene there, about the only place you Can get cams. Can get a 250 version of the engine, also a weird big bore can be done using a Honda stationery engine piston. Many of the Cheap engines run weak for emissions so richening up can gain some power Ttfn Glenn

Seems to be a lack of manly power tools here, how about trying the shop vac method of bug eradication?
