if you have the dies to make the appropriate flare I would definitely do that rather than relying on squashing something to fit and t5he guesswork involved in is it tight enough or will i curse word fluid out or did I just crush it to hell and strip the threads...
15 Nm is a torque figure I found recently for 10x1.0 fittings by the way.

you need to look at the front wheel drive chassis cabs to ensure the biggest payload, all the rear drive ones are a few hundred kilos more, depends massively on the weight of the bed too, most of these things are running around seriously overweight.
luckily it does seem a T25 is pretty light, easily under 1400 if there's no engine.

please change the wheels asap if you are driving it, those A539's haven't been made in a VERY long time in that size!

Yeh I think you misunderstand how insurance works. They can write off his car but not yours! You just send the bill for what it costs to fix. They have no say in how you fix it or even if you fixed it or spent the money on beer tbh! You are literally claiming damages from them. I think there is some kind of legal process to stop you claiming for costs that you didnt really occur but that's where solicitors may well come in to it. They can and will, had it happen to me twice on non fault claims

Why do the rear wheels look like they are too far forward in the arches? Trailing arm or Beam axle most likely, moving the axle line so far above the pivot point inevitably pulls the wheel forwards.

Hi, There have been in the past in the press pictures of brand new cars being park up in flooded car parks waiting to be sold. So it may have started before your ownership. Colin Highly doubt they would be able to sell cars that have been under enough water to cover the whole wheel, and not ruin the rest of the car. Its just typical of the corrosion ford vehicles can suffer as they're only made to last 10 years.

my Peugeot boxer 3 has a side pipe as standard, doesn't poke out past the sill but is clearly visible, the single silencer has intake and exit on the same size, left hand drive models have the tailpipe on the opposite side.

i was intrigued to find out what's best practice with these too, often see some 096 or 019 units which would fit physically in my vehicles, but no idea if the older traditional charging systems would damage them.

I think you may be able to get an Aluminium fitting to adapt from the plastic qr piece to AN type, then get a barbed fitting of the appropriate size to screw onto that.

I'D say no to 18" wheel if a tyre that akinny is required, plenty of 17" wheels in that fitment and style
