I will soon be fitting modern plastic fuel lines to a customers car to replace the rusty steel ones. The original ones run under the car and then at the front turn 90degrees through the inner wing (with a grommet) where rubber pipes are joined to them running to the inlet manifold.
I'd like to run the replacement in the same location. So i'm looking for a source of the push fit ends that go into hard pipe with a 90 degree turn to a barbed end for a rubber fuel pipe to attach to. I can find straight ones or 90's with a quick release push end, but not to a barbed fitting. Any ideas of sources? Does this end style even exist because i cannot find one anywhere online so far.
I can't bend the plastic pipe 90degrees in the available space and i would prefer not to use a straight join under the car then the rubber pipe bent to turn the 90 through a grommet in the inner wing.

You can get John Guest push fit to a barb LINKY, could you convert the whole line to either rubber or plastic then just use a standard barbed elbow?

Which plastic lines are you using? Its a Polyamide tube (a type of nylon) and the fittings for it are internal ones fitted with a special tool. They look like this
Its 8mm external 6mm internal size its the O ring on the fitting that does the sealing and the barbs that help keep it in place. The 90 degree fitting above won't work for me as the body of the QR is larger than the grommet hole. Also the end fittings are the same size both ends but i need 6mm one end to go inside the poly pipe and 8mm to go inside the rubber pipe to the manifold

I think you may be able to get an Aluminium fitting to adapt from the plastic qr piece to AN type, then get a barbed fitting of the appropriate size to screw onto that.

Have a look at Tube gear ltd online catalogue, there's lots of fittings and adaptors there for various purposes mainly hgv, but have used some of their fittings for mig welder gas adapters and nitrous cylinders to intake on my race moped...
