For the standard test (not direct access)...what size bike will I have to take it on? it will be on a cg125. i did the test you are looking at doing, according to my instructor he said the only difference between the restricted and direct access was that you do it on a bigger bike with direct access and you have to do over taking on a dual carriage way. where as you don't need to show any overtaking on the restricted. this was about 9 years ago tho when i was about 17. best advice i can give is to make sure to cancel your indicators and remember your observations - observations are one of the most important things, life savers especially.

If anyones interested they're filming brighton rock at the moment in Eastbourne, on friday they're doing the scene where the mods and the rockers clash and have the fight. the eastbourne seafront and pier is being used instead of brighton as it looks more of the period. all the cast and extras are in the original period gear and theres more than likely going to be loads of cars and scooters etc of the age around too.
the lady who lives in the flat above me is supplying the extras and child actors for part of the film hence how i heard about it.
the big scene with the mods/rockers is happening some time on friday, don't know when exactly but if anyones interested may be worth going to check out, they're supposed to be using 200+ extras just for the fight scene on the beach.
i don't know how close you can get to any of it but I'm going to try get there and take some photos.
heads up for anyone that may be interested for this sort of thing as it should be a close reenactment and a fairly unusual occurance!

just a quickie so only did the roof, I don't think roof chops need to be questioned, they just need to be done. the world would be a better place if there were more roof chops.

how much are you asking for the itr then? out of interest do you really find it that expensive? as I'm running a uk itr as well, i don't really find it any more expensive than any other car tbh (vtec fuel consumption aside)

got these a while back with grand thoughts of getting a vintage motorbike, its unlikely in reality though. they are unused and like new, made of leather, a wooly inner and are fairly old. I know my glove size is a 9 in regular everyday leather gloves, and these fit about the same, a little tighter if anything, so they would be between 8.5 and 9. £25 in brighton but happy to send.

its all about light, take a photo of something with you facing the subject and the sun, then take a photo facing your subject and with the sun on your back you will see whats going on quite quickly then, just apply it with other types light.
the bandstand on brighton seafront or the pier is good to practice on for night photos. theres plenty of road to also practice with for light trails etc.

ok did as you said and it lights up, the green buttons have little red dots in them that light up and you press them they go on/off. don't have a cassette to try anything with but as i say it lit up. so its getting power as far as i can tell without anything else being plugged into it.

right, just tried it all rather cack handedly, I'm not sure wether its working or not as its got 2 power leads. i tried the red one on the battery and put the black on the strut brace and tried with my chin to turn it on. nothing happened as such but then again I'm not quite sure i got any proper connection or even managed to turn it on.
is there a way to test it with a multimeter and should i be putting the other fused wire some wherE?
