	Today I went with a friend to look at his Ford pop. So I made good use of him when he was there. First we pulled of the front hubs everything was mint new shoes, cyclinders, adjusters etc, but bearing needed cleaned and repacked with fresh grease and readjusted. Then we jacked the box an pan folder up on 1 side and lifted it together on to a tressel same on other side, now at a comfortable height to use. Stripped from shock bolts of and copper greased them and more. Meet Johnny elliot Clutch plate cleaned up ready to fit

	I am having a great week to myself, already started trying to find bits i stored pre lockdown for my beetle and nothing is where i left it lol

	This was my beetle a few years ago but it has been in the garage for the last 3 years and i have found plenty of issues to fix this weekend the bodged wiring has been looked at and it was really bad.

	has good lines liken the rims and am not a fan of alloys

	Not much done except checked main clutch seal OK then replaced the clutch back on came on engine new James had clutch aliment tool. Leave it them that know what they are doing

	Haven t updated since 31.8.21 been doing Johnny's car with him but got backs off me beetle doors rubbed down 4 coats of vw candy white front in white 2k primer they came up well Just shows what looked like scrap can be saved

	Looking good. Is this the door that was repaired or another one? Looks brand new, in the pictures at least :-)
