Excellent job by the two of you. Looks really good and solid now and I'm not surprised your mate is buzzing, who wouldn't be? Good luck with the rest of the work and well done for helping to save another Anglia.

well to day my self and jimmy started on ps , 2 wee bits to be done on ds , later on . well jimmy and his friend moved the anglia over and cleared the garage , surprisingly the ps i very very good , and rotten too. but in brilliant nick ,if you look past rot . well 2 fresh heads and away we went .starting of with the front strut tower , the same as the ds , awee look over to the ds and its looking neat wee bracket to be welded on side of spring hanger jimmy takes out cancer or tin worm and cleans it all up , then a coat of our favorite stuff metal treatment first coat of metal

welds dressed up and second metal bracket remade plugged seamed other side of inner wing chassis leg

2 areas around the strut towers wher badly patched up over the rot so jimmy and my self cut it all out and jimmy spent some time cleaning up all around them seam welded and plugged on to double skinns hard panel for me to make so we both made it up in sections , and we think it turned out nice jimmy was well pleased even made a coffee down the side of the tower had to be cut out too , with all these panels interlocked there is some strenght in it now
