I've never come up against any of the negative stuff that some folks have mentioned around e21's myself. I do know that I go out of my way to help out fellow e21 owners whenever I can.
The only thing I would say is that it can be hard to motivate some owners into attending events with their cars, which is why I often find myself tagging onto the 02 crowd. Those guys really get out there and use their cars as intended.
Some of you guys seem intent on having the final word for some reason? We should celebrate the diversity of the retro car scene, not quibble about who's cars are more this or less that.

How is this 6 pages long? Theres an awesome E21 on page one (IMHO) and then 5 pages of pointlessness. Only one? I've counted at least three. Sums up non-E21 fans really. I like E21s in all their guises, but not the curse word around them. Well that 'curse word' doesn't seem to be coming from E21 owners. What 'curse word' would that be? |

You want to continue a ridiculous argument. The 'curse word' for reference is people telling fellow enthusiasts the 'right' and 'wrong' things to do with their cars. However this thread has runs its course.. one day we'll get to have a thread about BMWs (a car make that is very popular round here) without all the negative nancies (from all sides) turning up and ruining.. today is not that. |
