Interestingly if you try and register one of mine it says you don't need to as it's already exempt yet when you run it through the "are you exempt" it lists ULEZ as a payable charge..
The whole systems is a curse word show tbh.

I think you will struggle to get a modern central heating boiler to run on it. Old skool oil burners can be tweaked tho.

They call HVO a replacement but thats a lie. It's more expensive than derv so wheres the incentive to use it!? Whole point of red is it's cheaper.
If they replaced red with HVO that cost less than Derv I could see it but its impossible. Theres not enough biomass to go around already let alone of every off road engine starts running on it. It's another non starter of a 'solution'

It's a simpme mechanism that may well have just seized up. Clean and lube may well fix it.

Take the lid off and it wont explode.
You can do it in a water bath if you would like but it will take a fair few baths of water to get it up to temperature. Usually just do it on the stove on low heat shaking regularly.

Pick a brand and stick with it. You will end up wanting two guns anyway. One big betha and one compact for getting in tight spots... maybe even a ratchet too.
One thing worth remembering is the big full sized impacts need the bigger batteries to get the most out of them.
My choice would be milwalkee too. I have Bosch 18v stuff and they are fine but the compact milwalkee is better tbh.

Could be. Maybe heat the exhaust with a blow lamp and see if you get a load of smoke out.

Got to be honest for chassis parts I don't think it matters. We use 2k on bodywork because you can cut it but single part synthetics are decent enough paints for suspension unless you plan to buff it up 😂.
Never used a non icocyanate 2k so cant comment but those paints are all acrylics so most people will just refer to them as 'icocyanate free' to differentiate.
Primer sounds fine to me. Zinc will give some galvanic protection. Epoxy is almost just like an extra top coat. Makes sure theres plenty of resistance to moisture ingress.
Paint is always a bit of a trade off. 2k is stronger but brittler. Synthetics are more rubbery but damage easier. You cant really win.

This is why I stick with the AA. It may take a while but it's basically anything recovered from anywhere to anywhere.

If you want them to last theres no real option but to blast/dip etc.
You might be able to get away with dipping with your joints in there. Grease them up first?

I think you could board it for light weight storage ok but certainly don't go removing truss members.

If it's a long term thing it should be worth it. I'd be weary of cutting off all ventilation tho. Your asking for condensation problems by doing that.

Not an easy task unfortunately.
I guess the easy solution would be to just wash it and waxoil it. I've done that to plenty of cars. The worse thing is getting the wax off again when its resto time..
If you want to go to the next level I'd probably pressure wash, wire brush best I could, spray with phosphoric acid a few times, zinc prime and then probably raptor followed by waxoil. Hardly a cheap or quick solution but theres no point in painting over rust without neutralising it and no point in neutralising it without sealing it somehow.
Avoid por15
