This is going to be a very interesting peek into the scene in China. How do the authorities view modifications? Are there strict rules, or do they turn a blind eye?
EDIT - just saw your point about paying the fines! No blind eyes then...

There's an RS200, which would be my number one. But this Aurelia...that's got me rubbing my thighs Vic Reeves style.

For me, it’s ‘Velocet Vir Nesat’ by Eat Lights Become Lights.
I once listened to this four times in a row on a drive home down the A12, first thing on a Sunday morning after a twelve-hour night shift. It’s a bit like a teleporter, in that I was in one place, and a very short time afterwards I was in another place, with no memory of the intervening space.

I notice that the 5-door has the vents by the rear lights but the 3-door hasn't. Any idea why?

Renault 19 Chamade. Not as ambitious as some on here, but I'd love an early 90s Renault of some kind. I like the Chamade for its rarity. Loved mine. It was RT trim, aux input on the stereo, steering wheel controls, electric windows, PAS. On a 93 plate!

Love mine, but it's a MK3, five years old and 32k on it. Apart from servicing, all I've done is change the wiper blades and top up the screenwash. Not even checked the tyre pressures. Hasn't given me a second's bother.

Loved Gumdrop, Val brought the car to my primary school in the late 70s. 'Speed Six' by Bruce Carter is a great kids book. The three owners of a garage selling Edwardian and Vintage cars are on their uppers, so they enter their beloved Speed Six Bentley, 'Diane', into Le Mans

I was looking for something else, when this stopped me and my brain stalled. Reminds me of the old Malta buses:

I'm down that way every few weeks, if you get a flash and a wave from a black (modern) Panda, that'll be me!

Loved my Y10, but just an LX, not a GT. Dashboard would frequently do a passable impression of Blackpool illuminations, and the screws holding the lights in had plastic caps with the crosshead, which cracked and splintered when they got wet and/or cold. Still a great little car though.
