I'd say your just about getting the hang of this ol' welding and fabricating game now Tony!
The shape of the spoiler is just right in it's second guise. Bang on and stunning work as usual.

Lovely looking cars these. What does the large knob (yeah ok, I couldn't think how else to put it!) in the centre console do?

That video is great. It's a shame Millbrook never tested the effectiveness of Vauxhall's rustproofing though!

Those soft spoke cossie/fiesta wheels look ace on the blue car, ageless and cool Yep, that's the sort of wheel I was thinking of, I reckon it'd really suit your early Mondeo. Coupled to a slight tap with the lowering stick it'd look fab.

That's a lovely example of an early Mondeo. The wheels whilst a billy bargain and in very good condition IMO don't really suit the car. The soft and rounded lines of the Mondeo are somewhat at odds with the sharp and edgy looking wheels. Personally I wouldn't colour code too much, the silver contrasts well with the black trim. Please don't take any offence, it's only my opinion! It's a lovely car, good luck with it.
Cheers, Rich.

I do like to see a freshly rebuilt engine on it's stand - and in the lounge!

That appears to be very tidy example indeed. What mileage has it covered? I reckon it's a lot of car for the money, in this spec they have loads of equipment, are pretty nippy and have a good chassis too.

I've don't recall seeing a two door column change cortina mark one or two. A column change was an unusual option back in the day. I've seen split bench seats, just not on a Cortina even when I was a kid Remember, this hasn't always been a 2 door though!

I agree with the above, it does squat down just right. Did you get a time at the strip? Goes pretty well on the circuit too, sounds and looks the business. Fantastic build, one of the very best on here. Cheers, Richard.

I reckon that headlining could be saved. Look what you've managed with the bodywork. Apart from the C pillar parts it appears largely undamaged. Yeah its got water damage and looks minging but I reckon with care you could clean it up and repaint it. The C pillar bits could be stuck carefully back down, not ideal but with a repaint it'd look a lot better. The chances of finding a good replacement and being able to remove it from the donor and refit it into yours without tearing are very slim as they always get so brittle with age.
Good luck with it, Richard.

What a beautiful Chevette that is, 'looks to be in fantastic condition. Great choice in going with the original colour too. The headlamp recesses and front valance in black look the business as well. Great engine choice/conversion, the 1256 is a bit of a wet weekend on these. The dash looks so much better with the HS clocks fitted too. Good luck with the turbo conversion, keep us posted.
Cheers, Richard.

That is a superb looking M3 Mark, I absolutely love these. Does it require any little jobs doing or do you have any plans for it? You have a stunning collection of BMW's mate, keep the pics and regular updates coming.

That looks a lovely example of what is a very handsome car. I've always loved these, they just ooze class IMO. I'm sure the mechanical gremlins can be fairly easily fixed, however let's just hope the spots of rust coming through really aren't serious and can be sorted without too much effort. I always worry when I see rust underneath nice shiny paintwork. Get some more pics up James, Richard.

That is exactly the same model as I have. Mine was and still is mint, however it's undergoing a VERY slow transformation into something a touch quicker! I really like the colour coding and lack of rear window surround/spoiler thingy on the Match special edition. They're nicely trimmed too. However, the red painted wheel trims are bloody hideous! What were VW thinking of? As qwerty said, check out the battery tray and rear arches/fuel tank neck.

Very nice bit of detailing going on here Brett. Personally I'd try and get the dashpot covers and any other ally bits to the same standard as the rocker cover, I reckon it looks superb as it is. I don't think mirror polished engine parts would suit this. Would it be possible to clean and paint at least the front faces of the block and head before refitting the radiator? That'd really tidy things up under the bonnet. Keep up the good work.

Very nice Corsair mate, I really like these. Turbo'd Zetec should be very handy too. Get some more pics up.
Edited to say, those banded Citroen steels look awesome!
