Lovely weather for a few jobs. The OEM chrome wheel nuts weren't quite sitting as I wanted them in the wheel recesses so I got hold of some black wheel nuts along with a set of locking nuts. People don;t really steel wheels these days but better safe than sorry.
Its finally warm enough to do some painting so I removed the window surrounds as they were flaking. Rubbed them down, primed them and then used two layers of satin black before leaving it to dry overnight. Underneath the surrounds on the body looks in good order so just gave it a clean before refitting.
Exterior is pretty much there now aside from I'm having the boot lid and pas rear quarter painted in late May. Before that the new front lower frame will be fitted by a local fabricator. I took the car out for a run on the new brakes and I would say the pads are EBC red stuff and they are pretty terrible tbh so I will get some more hardcore pads at some point.
