Awesome! I think one of these was in a fast and furious film when they are in Mexico? Wanted one ever since!
Doesn't it have the same engine and gearbox mounts as the later Nissan stuff? (Might have completely made that up).

Also may have secured a 5 speed gearbox, however I'd need to remove it from the car and its about 200 miles away. Joy of joys. Did you sort the 5 speed box?

I now have one yes, a day trip in and out of the curse word of England, but a worthwhile trip none the less. I am yet to fit it though. The fact that it clicks in and out of gear fills me with joy.... currently it reminds me of changing gear in a VW beetle. Also have a new shiny exhaust, pictures to follow.

It's been a while and not much has changed. The cold weather had put a hold on things, however a recent photoshoot for a main feature in a well known magazine prompted me to pull it out of hibernation and get a few bits done (fit bottom lip, trial some 14" wheels). Sadly the 2 days I took off work prior to the photoshoot were wasted as it was full on heavy rain. Things I'll miss about Brexit #81 Back in my local spot for pretty pictures Bought these which had a funky PCD, had them redrilled in 4x114.3 to accept normal wheel nuts instead of the silly sleeved nuts which are mega rare/expensive by a local machine shop ftw! Probably wont be using them now so if anyone is interested, drop me a PM. 14x6 et13 / 14x7 et0 I've retrofitted the 15s as they fill the arches better and offer some ground clearance until I fit some better sized tyres on the 14s. I really like the old school balloon tyre look, plus they are so much more practical The oil pressure switch (of all things) has started leaking recently and the drivers side caliper has gotten a bit tight. So along with the obvious still to do (fit the 5 speed gearbox and twin carbs) it now needs a bit of spring birthday to get it back up to scratch... hopefully get it all done before the month is out.
