Its funny spotting your own car in films. Steve McQueens's gang drive a Buick like mine in The Getway, plus one in the street in Bullitt  Also in a No Doubt video  And "20 cars that chenged the world"  And another music video  And one in Pink Flamingoes! Wow!  Whats "Bingo!"  Woah,. one in Chips!  and in Speedway, a movie made in 1968. I need to see this!  cool, got on in Starsky & Hutch. Thats better than Chips!  Meh, Murder she wrote...  The Shield  Running With Scissors  Blimey, theres a bout a million more than there was when I last loked at this a year or so back... Theres a Mexican film made in 1966 called "Il Hombre I un Buick" or something like that which I have a movie poster for, and that has a guy in a Buick just like mine in it. I'd love to see the film, see what its about. Theres an Olds just like mine in a street scene in Two Lane Blacktop. Theres a Fifth Avenue like mine parked outside the bar in the openning scene of "Hedwig and The Angry Inch" Not many staring roles.... |
