I have far too many models, according to SWMBO Loads of 1:18s (almost all classics), a few 1:43rds (predominantly Rileys & Volvo Amazons but also 2 Vitesse Merc 600s (W100?)). Most are boxed up rather than being on display, and then there's the 1:8, 1:16 & 1:24 plastic model kits - a few are built but the unstarted ones fill a large cupboard....

esc-cosworth complete with council estate! love it ;D I'm not in the habit of photoing my enitre collection, but I took these earlier in the year. the ones I am most chuffed about my auto art bmw 2002 turbo interior shot of the above my GMP camaro. these ratail at about £100 a pop. I got it for £40 you can se why its expensive look at the detail in these shots and I treated myself to this because I like the real one. nice ammount of detail considering the price. its the 1/10th size one I won't photograph the rest because that would take forever....

wish I had the pateince, vision and steady hands to build stuff like that. amazing, reminds me of the scale corner bit in street machine of old. Thanks guys! I haven't really built stuff in the last few years as other things have got in the way and it does take a lot of time. I built those 1/43's as I was being paid to and it filled some empty time while my business was starting but there was no where near enough money in it to carry on really. Small Talk was always the first page I'd look for in SM's of old! I got to know Richard Coney, who wrote them at one time, quite well as he's fairly local - still see him a few trimes a year at the Ace/other shows. I scratchbuilt the Hilborn injection on that slingshot and fancy having a go re-doing it now but with working linkages and throttles rather than static bits. But then my work is on very intricate little mechanisms these days

Got most of what I played with as a kid, then about 15 years ago I got into buying MIB Matchbox Superfast from late 60's when it started up to 1977 or so (when most of it lost suspension and became a bit more clunky) having sold a couple of old tinplate military trucks. Do now have quite a bit, though haven't added anything to the collection for a long while. Looking forward to visiting a toyfair next month, for the first time in ages. Otherwise I just buy random stuff when it's cheap and appeals. Haven't got many photos to hand, but found these..... Had both these /\ since I was young. This Majorette truck is great, bought in France IIRC (more like Superkings size). Reanimation inspired transporter shot. These ones \/ aren't mine! Found this lot at a funny little car museum in Kent/Sussex borders. There's also a very nice collection of stuff at the Steam Museum at Bressingham, just near Diss in Norfolk.

I remember going there when I was about 12 or 13, when I lived nearby

Doesn't sound like it's changed much Funny little place tucked out the back of an antiques shop (he also had old car mag's and books, wish I'd bought more of those in hindsight).
