Wow,.. Almost managed to cover the whole show without a single RR car,.. They really don't seem to like us,.. fine,.. I'm sure there will be an alternative next year to throw our weight behind. Have our own - there`s a field up by Bath Racecourse, behind the park and ride. There`s toilets and shower blocks for campers, damn nice views over Bath as well. I helped organise a Mini show up there the year before last. BTW, I went past your office yesterday afternoon

I think the whole feel of the first year of retro cars can be got from the VW powered Fiat 600 feature in issue 4... one of my favourite car based articles ever, really gives you the sensation and feelings and shock and awe of that car as best as possiblly can be considering its just words trying to transmit a whole field of sensations etc

Not sure I like the sound of that, CaRS was a fapping brilliant show, I'd already exited about next years.....
Sure, I'd do ANOTHER retro related show, but if it clashed, that'd just divide, and wouldn't be very good for the "scene" in my eyes...

As far as I was concerned, CARS was the RR show, and the campsite on Sat eve was probably the best bit ;D

Never be any point splitting things on the same day that doesn't serve anyones best interests at all... particularly as we are already quite a small scene (well in comparison to say VW or Ford scene). But we'll see, lots of rumblings abound, but nothing solid reaching my ears yet...

It would sure be nice to add to shows and excursions. Would love to have a retro car on the road and really use it next year...

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

The biggest waste of £3.99 I've ever spent - what the hell has happened to this mag? I know there are two RR feature cars in this mag - but still, have more than 10% of the cars at the show there was no line-up pic or even a comment about us producing a great turn out of cars! I realise this can sound a bit childish that we didn't get much or a feature / mention on the report, but come on 2 pictures of cars on our stand? However - I have noticed that the Rocco managed to creep in to the back of RMad's piccie - oh and that really got me when I opened it up yesterday 'retro Toyota'...I found myself shouting "it's a Cressida" at the mag. For people who are responsible for editing a CAR mag, they seem to know FA about cars. And as for that wibblepoo feature about the Porsche 924 / Healey - THEY BELONG IN CLASSIC CARS MAG!!

I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people I don't like.
