I've got the Wacom Volito 2, a model which is no longer available I beleive, which I picked up from PC World for £40. At first I thought it would be hard, but I use it for such a lot of things, the stuff you've seen which is purely Photoshop, I start with a base image for line tracing, but the colouring styles my own, the Kamaz was used for reference, but the stuff like the winch, guns and background is my own creation. I also use it for colouring in drawings that I've done freehand with pencil and paper. And no, the pic of me is not altered colour wise, my hair really was half red half black Here's a couple more, which is done with pen tool and Photoshop, extra bits made up by me. Pen tool tomfoolery in the form of a Capri Beetle with a bit of a led-sled idea going. Paints my creation too. Those two were the ones that for some reason wouldn't show up in the other post.

Oooh I like this thread! Been doing stuff like this for aaages, I'm not going to post everything I've done, because that would kill anyones internets. But here's a selection of faves. I use Photoshop, in conjunction with a Wacom pen tablet for some stuff. This is my most recent, its a Kamaz truck, which I've.. modified XD img370.imageshack.us/img370/1160/kamazbrarmytoonfinaldz5.jpg[/imgPen tool tomfoolery in the form of a Capri This isn't a fave, but its the only toon (and a half arsed one at that) og the Bluebird img413.imageshack.us/img413/4743/bluebirdtoonnc3.jpg[/imgBeetle with a bit of a led-sled idea going. Paints my creation too. And, not of a car theme, but, a pic of me! And no, I'm not that yellow, I shoulda fixed that. Plenty more, but that would take ages to find stuff. Its all on my deviantART anyway. Half of my text and pics aren't appearing :S

I'm sure other people here get comments about their retros in the way that people keep telling them to get a new car? I've had a number of people refer to mine as an old banger, someone recently described it as disgusting and apparently the paint job was manky (even though they'd only seen a small pic on my phone). I remember someone asking when it was going to the scrapyard, only to be suprised when I answered "Its not?" And I recent got told (by a spoilt idiot) that I should get a BMW Z4. Hah, yeah, because a 20 year old can afford to buy a Z4, and even then, I wouldn't get insured. Plus I wouldn't be able to get half the stuff in a Z4 that I've managed to get in the Bluebird. Anyone else getting annoyed by retarded comments by people of this nature? Share your stories people

Anything in a T72 Bluebird feel?

Surely Honda and Acura don't count as they're the same cars by the same company since Acura is the Yank/Luxury arm of Honda?

Anyone know how long the vinegar stays useable for? Well I wouldn't put it on your chips afterwards... I've used the brick cleaner stuff before, theres a tub in the garage somewhere, not used with electrolosis but it did a fine job (can't remember what I used it on though) Besides, any container with that many warning signs on it must be good

Need to get rid of it you say?
Hell, if you were within a good distance with it, and I could obtain a trailer (which I can maybe), and the price was right, I'd have that.

Quite simple really. 1989 Nissan Bluebird 1.6 LS Got this car around September '07 and put it on the road in Nov. There were a few things wrong with it (and still are in a few places), those being: Near side rear passenger window defective in a way that it would wind down, but not up. It held up by off-cuts of WH Smith eraser XD Off Side rear passenger window completely seized. Wouldn't budge. Sun roof mechanism faulty. Engine starting problem. Big dent wanged down near side, kerb level. Up until now, I've filled in various small scrapes and the like, the starting problems been fixed (wonky plugs) and ive completely replaced the off-side window motor, as well as repaired the problem with the near-side one. As such, all windows now work when buttons are pressed. Anyway, enough jibber, pics. I'll try and be sensible with these. One of the very first pics taken of it: Mmm angular Artistical whatsits: The hubcabs were rather shonky, and have been resprayed too, and it looks much better for it. Sunroof fix: That er, didn't last too long. Now the original idea, was to chop out the centre bit of the grill, but in the meantime I ended up with the grill from a T12 Bluebird (mines the T72) which looked like this: But then, I got round to chopping the grill, and the car now stands as such: So there you go, I've had to hold back on pics somewhat, but I hope I haven't messed with anyones computer with all this.

I have a Blaupunkt unit from a late model Bluebird if that helps. It appears that its very similar to the Cambridge model, if not the same (I can't remember where its gone, I believe its in the garage)
