Thanks all
@hotwire that does look good, just needs B+C pillars doing as well.
I'd love a rat-look something, anything, but SWMBO doesn't appreciate the all the various churches of automotive modifying...

Regarding the two "simple mods" recently started, got me wondering about new minis...
One of the things I'm not keen on is the black A/B/C pillars around the car. Looks fine on a black one (obviously!) but I wonder if anyone has ever wrapped or painted the pillars in body colour?
No idea what to search for, so if anyone has any ideas or pics/photoshop?
Thanks in advance

Fast Car Magazine gave away a free trial sheet of fake carbon wrap stuff, and I waited until a month after it was released and bought about ten issues at about 25p each IIRC. Did loads of interior bits in my mk2 XR2 and a couple of mates motors. At the time, we thought it was great (in which case I should have posted it in Grizz's thread mentioned above) but looking back it was awful! Might be able to do a better job nowadays with the more modern vinyls

I'll put the CRV down to driver error... I'd agree with that... 160 odd mile round trip to Bristol and back to pick up a guitar in at times 4 inches of snow with no problem at all. So what are these like to live with, diesel or petrol, mpg? Common faults? Common faults... sinfully dull to drive. Apart from that a pretty good little run about. A Flying CRV?

Feel for you with the consultation. It's a horrible process (to receive and deliver) as it is so cold, even worse to do it virtually.
The worst one I endured was a manager who did a consultation presentation as a group "to save time" and to make it worse, as he turned over each page he made a little trumpet noise with his mouth! Like a "da-daa!" or something! He was all OK, his position wasn't involved, he just saw it as another training course to be delivered...
