Those are really great - so much better than the guy who draws them with stupidly big wheels, M*x P*w*r style! I must get round top doing something similar of my cars..... Here's an old Amazon rendering - the top left was copied from a photo, the rest are freehand designs for a spiritual successor (link so as not to hijack Rmad's thread) |

I wish I was good at art, got put off after I got a 'C' grade at GCSE  . A picture of my Jetta in the style of those Alfas would be soo cool..... |

I wish I was good at art, got put off after I got a 'C' grade at GCSE . I got a U in GCSE IT and now I work for Microsoft... :/ GCSEs (and to an extent A levels and degrees) mean curse word all. And all scholastically institutionalised art is pants anyway - you're asked to produce to a set of criteria outlined by individuals with no artistic merit as opposed to actually making art. Guess who got kicked off his A level art course for his interpretation of the brief... If you wanna doodle, doodle. If you wanna draw, draw. If you want to sculpt, paint, do multimedia installations then do it! Don't let some bloody jobsworth put you off art for life. Anyhoo, here's a 60 second doodle of an amazon front view...Done with that finest of art materials; the free pen you get in the Capital One envelopes...  And it was done Just after waking up...*n |
