Afternoon, Got a post on these in the what's it worth section but would probably help if I could find out a bit more about them. So 7x13 inch steels, Datsun PCD etc. Says made in the USA on them and I think have a 1981 date stamp. Any idea by who? Any help is much appreciated. ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/Datsun%20steel1.jpg) ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/Datsun%20steel.jpg)

Back in the day had a friend who used to do a bit of oval racing when we were teens and tended to keep his overalls etc in the car. He had a primered, 'in the process' Escort that was always being called out at the lights. Never really came to much as if anyone started revving away he'd reach behind the seat and put his crash helmet on. Funnily enough, that kind of put an end to anyone wanting to race.
Currently driving a Vauxhall Insignia courtesy car in white with 19 inch rims and the VX pack. Christ, am I sick of people driving up my backside - it's just a magnet for anyone with something to prove.

That looks top.
Definitely a sleeper in terms of value. Give it time and I reckon these will fly.

To be honest, the tyres just go with 'em as they're well past it.
Always open to an offer. Can only say no.
Thanks for the interest.

SOLD, PAID FOR AND COLLECTED. THANKS FOR THE INTEREST. Okay, had a post in the ‘What’s it worth’ section for these but no replies as yet, so I’ll have to have a go at a price. Three 4x108 PCD ‘old skool’ wide steel rims for a classic Ford. Look most like MkI Cortina rims to me, albeit a lot wider. Came off a hot rod, hence the absolutely borked Avon slicks. Diameter is 13 inch and I was told they’re 8 inch wide by the previous owner. There are no markings on them and the slicks are 7.0/22.0-13, which after a trawl of the web are suitable for 6-8 inch rim widths. Look at them as wide rears with a spare as the third isn’t as pretty as the other two. The blue side is the back of the rims just in case you’re wondering! Let’s say £160 for the lot. Could be a bargain or way off. ebay is probably the best place for ‘em but thought I’d put them up here first to see if any interest. Collection from Gloucester GL4 please. ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/Ford%20steels.jpg) ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/Ford%20steels1.jpg) ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/Ford%20steels2.jpg)

Okay, just acquired these on a hunch and am hoping to become a millionaire... or maybe not! 3x old wide steel rims for a classic Ford. Been used on a hot rod, slicks are borked. No markings on any of the wheels (or any that I can see). Told they were 4 x 108 PCD, 8 inch wide and for a Ford. Appearance would certainly suggest so. Previous owner hasn't used them for years. The blue side is the back Only three sadly. Owe me a few quid but any idea what I should be asking for these? ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/Ford%20steels.jpg) ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/Ford%20steels1.jpg) ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/Ford%20steels2.jpg)

Yep, it needs a good deal of work, but then a minter would cost £4-4.5k...
£1600 for a Cooper with 10 months ticket seems more than reasonable to me. I thought you were lucky to get any Mini on the road for under a grand these days?

Ha, ha, that looks like the photo of an accessories brochure I sold a while back on here... and my kitchen worktop.
GLWTS. Passionford is your best bet to shift it or the bay.

Oztuning, thank you, you have pm.
Hamps, ha, ha, well spotted, can you see what I thought I might have been getting for a bargain price? That'll teach me to read the description properly before jumping in... Just the box I'm afraid.

Revell 1:24 Ferrari Enzo model. Tatty box and one of the bags is open. Looks like everything is there though and you certainly can't get any more in the box/bag. Also comes with a selection of paints (look to be unopened) and three unused, unopened modelling brushes. £8 posted to a UK address ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/DSCN3381.jpg) Old Datsun car radio and aftermarket cassette player. Bought in error, no idea if they work or not. Owe me £8 posted to a UK address, so wouldn't mind that back. Few old brackets in the box. Buttons all push in and out on the Datsun radio and knobs twiddle nicely! Can do a bit cheaper if you want to collect either these or the model from Gloucester GL4. ![](http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac245/RetroTurbo/DSCN3382.jpg)

Sure I wrote a Sport buying guide for CF last year and spoke to the guys at montescort. Pm your email and I'll see if I can find the words. From what I remember the SA Sport had wider steels etc

Yes, I do need a drink...
... the thing just finished again, this time for £13.50. 1 minute before the end I get an email from the winning bidder asking if I will ship, as if I can't, he can't buy it!
Not that the listing said collection only or anything...
Third time lucky, eh?
