Anyone know the email address of the guy with the 500bhp maestro? I know how to cure his launch problems... *n Huge tyres and four wheel drive? ;D You mean the Maestro that was in the latest edition of Retro Cars? I thought that thing was bloody cool, I'd have tried to keep it looking like a sleeper myself but you can't argue with the work involved to get it as fast as it is, particularly seeing as he's modded a standard engine. Back to the topic at hand, that's one rapid little Nova, well done to the guy!

Errghhh Hi, yes i am he the owner of the "isaac hunt"nova for all my sins. Thanks for the positive comments as it's so easy to label it as chav being a nova. The car ran a 11.344@128.98mph nearly two years ago at avon park and the whole thing stands me £3500.00 all in. The cars been on the backburner for the last 18months as i sold the engine.I must point out i'm not your typical nova driver even though i have a nova 2dr saloon c/w moons, chain wheel and a channeled axle(-140mm) as a daily drive, and i don't know many nova lovers are going to the viva las vegas weekender next month like me.
I found this forum thanks to julian the guy with the poo-loo polo and he suggested i show my daily drive on here some time.Anyway the site looks good and theres a nice bunch of rides with not to much bitching on here which is cool by me. Cheers Ade.

Cool - welcome along bodydrop! The drag Nova is fab - especially since it was done on such a tight budget! You must post up some pictures of the Nova saloon lowrider - it sounds ace! ;D My first car was a Nova saloon many years ago and I still have a fondness for the saloon varient.

Moon discs and satin black on a Nova a bit different but please don't call it Kustom! OK then, Kustom inspired . Realistically, the term fits better than 'lowrider' which was mentioned earlier in this thread. It's not Barris, but the Kustom influences are definitely there from what I can see.
