Pics to follow, will be sent via discreet packaging.... ;D I suspect that Monsieur Testicle & Mr P. Weasel in particular will be very excited by these! Whilst I'm putting them on my website, try and guess what it is!

A Tagora!
OHMYGOD!
A Tagora, an ARNA, a Chrysler 180 and an Alfa Six are on my "never, EVER seen one in real life but would absolutely LOVE to" list!

A Tagora! OHMYGOD! A Tagora, an ARNA, a Chrysler 180 and an Alfa Six are on my "never, EVER seen one in real life but would absolutely LOVE to" list! This is the first time I've ever knowingly seen one too ;D load. spazzed. I hope you offered large amounts of cash to secure it as an RR trophy beast! 'Fraid not - didn't see the owner. Also the Amazon is misbehaving too so cashflow is non-existant at the moment.... It looked like a one owner from new car, as it appeared to be in highly original & unrestored condition, Pug (604?) alloys aside. Definately a car for the autoshite forum too! ;D

My boss used to have these back inthe early 90s and they were considered rare and bizarre back then. He had 2 or 3 of the 2.2 and a couple of the V6s. He was tracking down a rare Tagora 2 door V6 when I left to get a job elsewhere. A workmate of a mate who lived in Coventry also had about 4 or 5 of the Tagoras, all V6s. I think He had previously had a coupe but not when we knew him. I'm getting all nostalgic now. Had great fun out in a 2.2 Tagora with the bosses daughter But not as much fun as I'd have like to...

Someone in the village used to pick me up and take me to Sea Scouts in one of those... They had two of them and they were both brand new. I remember wondering what all those dials across the whole dashboard were for. Also, there were huge front armchairs in brown and tan velour and I remember thinking how quiet it was as we wafted along (we had an old 2-door J reg Opel Kadet at the time).
The other slightly obscure thing that comes to mind was the fact that I heard the phrase 'bottom burp' for the first time in that car - must have been nearly 20 years ago, but rather childishly, I find it as funny now as I did then.

Seeing the Tagora reminds me - I've recently bought a 1973 issue of Motor mag, and one of the other articles is the long term test results of their Chrysler 180! Will try to get some scans up later.....
