Mr Bo11ox visited the other weekend and this is what we found. Didn't take a piccy of the primrose yellow MkI Cavalier under a tarp, or the Humber Hawk. Or the horrendous multi-colour rubber bumper MGB GT.....
MkIII Zodiac looked exactly like I remember then in the 70's and 80's, just slightly down at heel.
No, the Dacia wasn't trying to pull the boat. Been here for years.
Very poorly Amazon. It's at a run-down and very muddy farm where there's a small 'official' scrapyard and a few lads from the village also build their bangers there. Visited again since and it seems to have gone. Sadly, the early 929 estate that'd been there for years had been weighed in last year They'd also got a '77-ish CROWN that's been stripped for racing.
This must be pretty early for an LT? Great signwriting and paintwork. As Mr B discovered, for some reason it was chock-full of boxes of crockery and other household stuff. In same yard as the Amazon.
Seen the day after my travels with Mr B, this lovely Audi 100 was snapped in Southwold (genteel Suffolk coastal resort which becomes a posh distant suburb of London at the weekend ). Reg'n suggests it's a local car, very very nice. Strangely, a couple of days beforehand I was convinced I saw one on the road - it was dark and it was coming the other way, but those headlapms are distinctive. Just up the road we also saw a 3-wheeler Morgan, but illusion ruined by elderly owner being on his mobile.
