That Zodiac pick-up is... different... ...and I love the 'arty' shot of the Cortina
|
|
... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

...do you mind if i post the volvo on a volvo forum and the anglias on oldskoolford? By all means post away! I'd be honoured. Minion: The Zod looked like a real hatched job, and not that well done. It probabily would have been seen knocking around the South Oxfordshire area some 10-15 years ago.

he seemed quite certain it had the longer bonnet Was it four-wheel-drive? That'd be the clincher!

Based purely on that photo, IMO that's a normal Interceptor. I can't see a front diff, or the twin coils (like a jag irs) that were fitted instead of the single coils, to allow space for the front driveshafts.

I think the Interceptor is more likely to be a 'normal' one, rather than an FF... he seemed quite certain it had the longer bonnet ...I was talking about this one.. ...It just seemed unlikely that an FF would be sitting in a scrapyard... but stranger things have happened...
