Any planned upgrades to your ride? a new 'look'? a bigger power plant? or maybe you have a new ride in the pipe line?
Me personally, i've got a pretty busy year planned.........
I need to finish my beetle project thats been going on for far to long now, about 4 years!!!
It's currently a bare shell sitting on the chassis, the chassis and body are now fully restored and 100% rot free and i just need do the final prep work on the shell and spray it. I then have the difficult task of remembering where i put all the bits i took off 4 years ago and figure out how it all goes back together ;D
I will also be fitting a v8 in the MGB at the end of January as its currently not useable as the piston rings have gone on the current engine. I've got 70% of all the bits need and the rest can be bought off the shelf so i'll get them after xmas.......
I'm 'hoping' it will be a nice and easy conversion and i'll make sure i start a thread once i get stuck in and keep it updated with piccys likewise with my Beetle progress...
What have you got planned for 2006?

Sort out the 240. Strip the XR4x4. Buy XR4i. Swap running gear from 4x4 into 4i (alter gearbox tunnel/mounts etc). Drive converted 4i.
Throughout all of this fingers crossed the Allegro will behave.

Now my garage is complete (well apart from the lift) I can get cracking properely with all projects. Get the following all back on the road. Monza Piazza Silvia. Start autotesting and drifting the Monza. Rebuild my Mk1 escort Including new engine and DIY EFI ;D Restore My MK2 escort Including rebuilding the 2.1. Complete the Locust. Try to reduce my total car amount from 13 ;D Find a chevette/kadette to transfer my spare piazza running gear into. And possibly an XE motor. By as many new cars as humanly possible ;D Try and get my back into a useable condition so I don't have to have the vertebrae fused together (not likely) Try and get to the RCS show this year

Buy my dad's knackered mkIII Gizzolf estate, purchase Porsche teledials with adapters. Paint the former NATO green, powder coat the latter black, combine and slam (possibly on DIY air-ride).
