Never quite understand American stuff TBH but thats cool! I assumed that all big american stuff was RWD, but I know that some of it was FWD god knows why? Is this RWD? Very much FWD mate. FWD just seems sooooooooo wrong in something that big, anyway it's still cool ;D

Ballin'!
Agreed, FWD seems totally wrong, but it just adds to the awesome ridiculousness of the thing. Good luck with it, man.

I'm sensing the strong presence of metalflake and wire wheels in the future.....
The purchase and import of such a car is reckless, pointless and shows a total disregard to environment - I love it!!

I know it is FWD, but looking at the pictures, I'm not sure how? Longitudinal v8 over the top of the wheel arches... I was expecting it to sit transverse like the late model DeVille Northstar v8's etc. Is the gearbox/transaxle underneath? Remind me never ever to sit on these seats. Goodness only knows what that dirty Jones will get up to all the way back there! Looks cool though, how are you going to get it home?

Dunno why people are so bothered about these being FWD, they're hardly a trackday weapon! They're the ultimate in old giffer luxury. Nice work Matt Jones!

What a tank, I love it when folk have to overcome massive distance/admin problems to get the car they want. Keep us posted on how you get it back to blighty wont you.
