Right.... what more should I say... The bus should have it's British registration, on an "A-Plate" by next week. I want to go for silver on black plates, and need 3 of them. Price wise, any good experience or advice to share ?? Have a pic.

Thanks guys, I will see who offers the best deal on 3 plates delivered by post, or pickup.
All about the cost.
I like the silver - black combos.

Thanks Mate, Just mailed him, seems a decent price and finish. Also asked him about 3 plates, may do a deal, if I am lucky.

The ones from eBay have a funny font that isn't original and doesn't look right. I sent them back because I didn't like the way they looked. I get mine from this place: They use the correct font and the plates look great. I've had both pre and post '61 plates and both have been fantastic looking.

This is what I mean. Top one with the funny 1970's space station font is the eBay plate, bottom one is the correct one:

This is what I mean. Top one with the funny 1970's space station font is the eBay plate, bottom one is the correct one: Hi Jonny, I think htis is our first disagreement ;D I personally prefer the look of the top one, seems crisper, the bottom one reminds me of a girl/woman who is past her best by date.... seems the letters are a bit wider, and almost a smudged look to me. Will see what the sellers offer on 3 plates delivered.

Well, I was blocked by Ms Grizz.
She prefered the bottom, non Ebay plate, so that it is.
Have mailed them to order.

I think you've made the right decision, the 'space station' ones are perfect for late 70's cars but not right for the age of the bus
