I suffered a loose piece of windscreen trim that rattles at speed, one horn and the window squirters no longer working, and a blowing exhaust, some mild height abuse and thirty quids worth of petrol to do 100 miles. :S BUT it was so worth it.

Volvo back as my main squeeze, more boost and some interior goodies on the way.

Gave the 205 a the lashing of a lifetime on the way home, 1hr 20mins to do 110 miles ain't bad going with the back full of tools, trolley jack, 4 Spitfire wheels/tyres and the front full of oil-burning oil-burner (the cloud of smoke as I gassed it off the lights when I came off the M42 on the way home will probably be picked up by Air Traffic Contol at Birmingham International), howling diff and fat b***ard driver. A brilliant night, I had a grin a mile wide all the way home. Hope everyone got home safely!

Flickr came up with the goods. For some reason there seemed to be lots of photography of people eating. Except me, I managed to escape the attentions of the Calorie Paparazzi. Sorry Hairnet. I couldn't help but join in, though, BC shovelling another forkful of cholesterol down his face. ;D B&D in Sausage Porn Shocker ;D Dugong struggles manfully with his table-mounted erection Speedman's sausage sandwich Nightmares Racing crew chowing down VW Guard of Honour outside The Ace Immaculate A60 (the Avenger next to it was pretty rapid....) Jo Nightmares' Supercharged Zetec-powered Viva. I love this car. Mk14dr's Escort made the long trek down from The North. Speedman's Beetle sits alongside (your secret's safe Steve, no-one need ever know why you were driving round the North Circular in just your Alexander McQueen kecks.......oops) Wear your Road-Rash with pride. Mrs. Seth looking flabbergasted that she beat everyone to The Ace. My Car Of The Night. Flawless Mk2 'Tina running a big beefy Crossflow, sounded fantastic. Really tidy Mk1 facelift Fez (sorry Bryn.....Fiesta ;D ) was a credit to its owner. Tigran's Whip. VIP Style. With added camera shake! ;D

Yep - you guessed it a tripod!!!! I'll ignore the other picture with large arrow as revenge will be sweet when Photobucket goes into warp drive BD ;D

Same here, my excuse being that I haven't actually bought one yet. Which is why half my pics have the kind of psychedelic lighting effects you'd have enjoyed seeing Pink Floyd in about 1968. Next purchase on my list!
