Hi All, Just picked up this 2 door, volvo 131 1969 Amazon. One owner from new and only 49000 miles. planning to get some of the body work done over the next few months, only minor stuff and lower and put her on some chrome smoothies. My mate owns a 4 door which he roof chopped, so looking forward to doing the work.    Cheers, Robbie. |

yay, more amazons  think carefully about the smoothies, i considered putting some on mine, but stock late rime, with stock hubcaps and chrome rim rings is a pretty cool look. |

Hi All, Got round to John's last night and we fitted the new door mirrors, filled up the gearbox oil with Duckham Q and looked at all the other goodies Ive got from Simon at Brookhouse. So next visit we will be fitting the Simonz sports exhaust, pertronix ignitor and flame thrower coil, and lowering the car and fitting next shocks all round, does anyone suggest the the best shocks to fit a slammed amazon. I also took a pic of Johns amazon from a picture at last years super nats.  Currently the car is being worked on, so more pics in the near future. Cheers, Robbie. |

oooooooow verry nice seen it at the nats and other places, is it choped 4" front and 5" at the back ? i hade one with a 4 " chop and suspension drop, it was red when i done it then i sold it then it went mat black then burgandy and the last time i saw it it was purple. koppak john knows of it so when are you chopping yours ;D or shall i do it for you |
