found it allready and thought sharing it...
in which: 1 pound-force foot ("pound-feet") = 1.3558179 N·m
first run 10Nm second 40-50Nm third 80-90Nm
fourth after letting it rest for 10 mins 100-110Nm
and fifth after letting it run 15 mins, on the same as the fourth torque.

I have been a bit busy today the frontend had some tinworm in it, everytime I opened the bonnet i feld like it could fall of any moment taking the rest of the front. so it needed welding bit of donor metal the curse word gone this side went ok, allthough the welder has no possibility to set the power, only wirefeed and high/low other side didn't work out however, wire feed kept cutting out so the welding is curse word, also i didn't bother to clean it up so it looks even worse. then i took out some sound insulation matts on the front floorpan which came out nice. tonight I went for a cheap engine underblock i found on the dutch equivalent of the bay, for just 30 euros. When I arrived the guy said he had some more laying around and asked if I was interested. since the cheap block wouldn't fit my cylinder head anyway I would need a head with it too. He also offered me a completely overhauled engine for a reasonable price which I ended up taking home. and now it sits in the livingroom together with some other goodies.. lifted the curse word up the stairs (3rd floor) on my own but I think going down will be with 2 men carrying the lump.

as expected... MOT failure today
the steering rack rubber has to be fixed (5 minutes work) the tinworm has eaten the rear towbar mount (so weldathon again...) one of the rear drum brakes is a bit sticky so it needs some lubrication
and they advised me to change the front brake hoses, no failure on them because they're still ok but since they are as old as the car itself is (probably) i got me some brand new ones from a granada which are a bit longer so probably they'll fit nicer.
I have 2 weeks to fix the stuff so that's not much of a problem.

Are you putting this one on bike carbs too? Do it, it'll be a screamer!

what d ya think, off course i do
i hate std carbs, I love bikecarbs and I'm getting better in modifying the stuff...
got the hole in the bottom welded up now, and the brakes loosened up so they don't hang any more. just have to fix the steering rack rubber cos i didn't have the right hose clamp for it. tomorrow I'll stop by at the MOT man to get on with it.

went through MOT today.
just have to change the brake hoses cos they were old, not old enough to fail MOT though.
so it is road legal again!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

the steelies are 5 of 5,5Jx13 if i'm right dunno about offset (i was told they where Cortina steelies??) with 135/70 R13 tires at the front and 165/65 in the rear (if i'm right). At the front it wouldn't take much more width in the tires before rubbing the fenders.

took some daylight pictures of the new frontspoiler I fitted last week. have to get the grille black again though, looks curse word right now.. to get back to the wheels, I guess they have an offset close to 0.. but are only 5,5x13, they are OEM Ford ones but I haven't got a clue on which model they came originally.

thats ok, they are on and the suspension is lowered now (see sig ;D )
black grille will look good, not sure about that spoiler though, bit too big, with that bumper on anyways.
may work if it was same colour as the body and bumper less, for me anywho ;D
