Thanks for all your nice comments To answer your questions The plate is one I have owned for 30 years having acquired it for nothing when a friend was going to scrap his S-Type Jaguar and leave the plate on it! Damp is the biggest problem in maintaining a classic caravan. Click on this pic for an album showing how I rebuilt the front of mine. i have heard about your one and its true it is nice  i would like to see it for myself so if you are at a loose end on a Wednesday evening perhaps you could make it over to the B52 club which is at the Southend airport i usually get there at 8-8.30pm... loon |
