its missing a bit of explaination, but thats roughly what i did, you obviously measure from the middle of the pipe, i halved the end result because theres 2 pipes each having halve the offset

eternally slow as ever, yesterday I made a gearbox bracket as the standard type 9 ford one is utter toss, and the vibra technics one is about £90.......... from utter pants: to........ rough idea. welding the bits to hold the bushes on (an offcut from my inlet manifold and some inner TCA bushes) got the position of the hole wrong.....twice (not to worry a reinforcer plate was going to be put in there anyway so it had to be roughly that big) will fit it to the car in the next coming hours.... the finishe bracket

excellent reminds me when i was helping my mate do his a few years ago "why is it so difficult for the people at GSF to understand that I'm buying a radiator that isnt being fitted to the car it is intended for?" you wait ill your stood in halfords asking for zetec parts and you tell them its a mk2 scort lol great to see old fords that arnt destined for superlites have you had the engine running yet ? my mate had a manifold exactly like that ( if not the same ) and the paint flaked off instantly ! i use bbq paint on my manifolds ( cheap and it works ) griptapes great on pedals too if you didnt already know

ive got a few on the mrs camera, will have to wait til I'm back at the flat to upload them...... in regards to the ashley exhausts - you get what you pay for, if you want pretty welds and fitting exhausts then stop being tight ;D ;D for the record I work for a performance car part shop owned by the son of the owner of ashley exhausts, we sell a lot of them and the factory is pretty much next door.......
