Hi everyone ;D been checkin' this site out for a few months now and lovin' it, thanks to Paul H for pointing me in the right direction from the Volvo forum. Well I have a Volvo Amazon 2 door model with twin carbs and overdrive which I have owned for nearly six years now, and only the 2nd owner ;D Well I decided it needed a respray and a few rust spots sorting out. This is how it looked when I got it apart from the wider wheels  Any hoo after some thought the respray turned in to a full strip down and acid bath, love these pic's    Hope you like it. Hopefully more pic's soon with its nice new coat of titanium grey pearl (still a Volvo colour just a bit more modern) Enjoy And thanks again to Paul H |

Photobox can be a bit funny. I've got an orange/photobox account and I've found that linking to the pics doesn't work.
Try Photobucket instead. You can just copy/paste the IMG links straight into the forum as well.

Hello  I could see a couple of them earlier but no more. Could it be something to do with making them "public?". I use Imagecave at the moment. What I did see looked pretty good and better than on a little phone screen in a dark car park!  |

Hi Stuart!!! Good to meet you last night at the Ace and glad to see that you've made it over to RR ;D That shell is disgustingly rust-free (I can't believe the condition of the floor  ) - I am soooo jealous!!!! It's going to look amazing when its finished too, especially with the new wheels ;D |

Thanks for all the comments guys, it makes it all worth while, even if i do have to rotate my boxers to keep costs down ;D Gonna go for 205 red band tyres on thr rear and 185 on the fronts. She runs a 4 branch manifold, 2" exhaust and twin carbs and overdrive and thats it at the mo, better cam and some head work is on the cards. Hope to have it ready for next summers shows |
