Mint looking Prelude at Trafford Centre Giffer owned Mini in Oldham. In daily use. Nice E28 And what is this? Lurking in Italian bathroom/tile importers warehouse in Warrington. And finally... And finally... Mk2 XR2 track/rally car. Being pulled along A1(M) near Wetherby last weekend. Please tell me you're not hogging the middle lane and he's not had to pass you in lane 3 hauling a trailer!!!!

Please tell me you're not hogging the middle lane and he's not had to pass you in lane 3 hauling a trailer!!!! No I wasn't "hogging" at all. There was an adjoining slip road and a car just coming into lane 1.

Today's moving spots courtesy of Murgatroyd, my new spotting mate. Murgatroyd used to be on children's TV until an unfortunate incident in a supermarket with some hand cream and a Buxted Oven-Ready Chicken ended his TV career. ;D Tidy Mk2 Golf with airbrushed fuel-filler and late-model badging. Immaculate 'Bubba Rumpa' BGT was getting a fair lick on on the M5, I was actually pulling over 90 when ol' Murgatroyd came up trumps with this fine shot.... Proper car!! Dunno what it is, but proper car!!!! Absolutely pristine Wolseley Six/Eighty on the M5. I usually say everything has potential but that's just perfect as it is.

Proper car!! Dunno what it is, but proper car!!!! It's a '37 Railton, possibly a Fairmile or Terraplane, and is based on Hudson running gear. Here's another pic of the same car: The body isn't original (or especially nice imho) - when new, it would have had fully valanced wings and heavy saloon or drophead coachwork, like so:

Cheers Paul, I'd guessed it was somewhat later than it appeared to be by the wheels and the body being a bit on the disproportionate side around the front end. Was going too slow to be a Bentley as well!!

Morris 2200 (straight 6 I think?) in Smith's scrapyard in Bloxham, Oxfordshire. Body looked very straight apart from where it had been lifted

Yes they have the E6 engine, tragic its ended its days here- these models are very rare now. Still everything dies in the end!
Should make some landcrab owners very happy with a good supply of spares.
