Single space available for rent in the community at Avebury Auto Haus. The space is enough for a large car or van and allows enough room to work on your vehicle.
The community help each other and share tools. Location is near Marlborough, Wiltshire and not far from Swindon and the M4 junction 16 junction.
I have limited the number in the barn to 6 so there is a nice community and enough room to work on your vehicle.
Price is £90/mth which includes electric. You get a key of your own and can come and go as you please.

Update - I managed to get some lovely people to rent space in the barn after spending more than a year helping the farmer move a very long term tenant onwards. This week the farmer calls me and tells me that he has a new tenant and i must move out. I have only just managed to get the space filled with really good people.   So, i am looking for new space and have something brewing, including larger, cleaner space with 3 phase electric!! Will update as soon as I can, but if anyone is looking for a space to store or store and work on their car, please let me know. The more people we have, the cheaper the rent per individual is!! |

Sorry to see this mate.
I had a similar situation, very different, 35 years ago.
Pity the farmer is not true to his word it seems.
Hope you find something good.
Are any of your soace sharers any good at finding a place for you?
Get everyone to look out, even if you take the contract on.

Ouch, a hard lesson to learn, always get some form of contract, even if only to cover your back saying what is and isn't included and what you are responsible for. Hopefully you can find somewhere else suitable and his new tenants stop paying leaving the place full of tyres and asbestos. |

New premises have been located, in the centre of Marlborough. This time with a contract!!
2400 Sq Ft of dry, secure space.
I need some more customers to store and work on their cars in my unit. Any takers out there?

Viewings went well. Lots of interest. Please can i ask, would you be willing to pay £120/mth to include electricity for a space large enough to store a large car with enough room to work on it? It is large enough to store two smaller cars, parked tightly together. You get a key to come and go as you please. The space is dry and secure. I need the business model to work.... Some pictures of the space for your interest.     |

It's a little more than I'm currently paying for storage where I don't have 24/7 access, the freedom to work on the vehicle, or power. Therefore I'd say that's quite reasonable!
