This forum will be full of threads from me asking how to set up a community garage. Well, i have finally collected the key to a barn near Swindon today. Ok, it is shared with a collection of Triumph parts, but they don't move. I have space for 2 cars with plenty of space to work around them. The location is not far from Junction 16 of the M4 motorway and pretty rural. The barn is solid and secure. Its not dehumidified or pretty, but functional.
I am looking for two persons who are car enthusiasts to share the unit with me and a chap who has already signed up. We are both excited by cars and wanting to share knowledge and a space to work and store our cars. We are a friendly bunch and share tools and expertise.
I hope to try and find a single phase two post lift and a selection of common tools we can all share. So far my Boxster and Alpina live in there and we have a Renault Clio Cup.
