I've not had to sell a car for a very long time, certainly not since the internet really took over from classifieds in the back of old car mags.
I've already listed it on here, but where else would be a good place to advertise my Sprite, so that it reaches an appropriate target audience?
Many thanks!

Many thanks - there seem to be so many sites, so proper recommendations are extremely helpful!

The relevant facebook group if you know what it's worth and ebay auction if you don't.
I have dabbled with car and classic and what not with no negative effects other than few rogue phone calls about cars I sold 15 years ago but theres nothing like seeing a post on facebook to temp people into parting with their cash.

If it’s well priced and you know the market, Facebook groups for that type of car. But it sounds like you might not be up to speed with the market.
Next best is eBay, but only ever as a 30 day classified with a phone number. This allows you to vet buyers before agreeing for them to come for a viewing. If they’ve not even bothered to read the advert I usually tell em nope. Literally nothing else gets the same exposure for the price (£20 iirc). Overprice it by 20% as everyone will expect to haggle. Never, ever list a car on an open auction on eBay though. The winning bidder hardly ever turns up and completes the transaction, it’s a total waste of time, and eBay does nothing about it.
Also, you have to be pretty hard nosed and dismissive of people these days. Too many TV programmes make every chancer think they’re some kind of Mike brewer character who can buy anything for half the advertised price. Shutting them down before they waste your time is an important skill to learn. In a similar vein, never put yourself out or change your plans for anyone, as you can guarantee when you do they’ll mess you around and not show up. Also deposits to hold a car are non-refundable, end of. No show and that’s their deposit gone.
I’ve listed every car I’ve ever sold on here and I don’t think I’ve sold a single one via the forum, but tbh I use it for drafting an ad to be copy/pasted elsewhere.
Never sold a thing via car and classic, Probably because it too slow moving compared to Facebook and eBay.
