I'm a fan of a car-related youtube series and I'm currently subscribed to:
- Tools and Track - love the ramblings of these two guys and the MX5 love! - Bad Obsession Motorsport - watched all but the attention that's gone into the Mini (Binky) is just insane and worth a watch if you don't already watch - decent length series too. - Puma Bits (7.5T motorhome and ford parts breaker - he's a good friend of mine)
and a couple of motorhome/camper builders (as I'm about to start converting a Crafter!).
Thing is, I'm up to date on all of them, are there any more project cars/campers that anyone can recommend? My only real 'spec' is being about to hear people - I hate not being able to hear the talking and then diving for the remote to turn down the TV when the music starts!

I don't watch so much in the way of car channels, more machining / makers, but a few from my subscription list... MightyCarMods The Skid Factory Harrys Garage - More individual reviews, new and classic cars, plus some resto projects. DEBOSS Garage - Canadians working on big diesels and other stuff. Aging Wheels - Strange american guy that loves curse word cars, like Yugos and late reliant robins... He also has a woodworking channel that is quite good. MasterMilo - It's in Dutch but good subtitles (so no issue hearing ) and crazy projects from roll-over cars to restoring tanks.

Watching Aging Wheels rebuild a Trabant engine is oddly endearing.

Juiceboxforyou is excellent in my opinion, Irish guys restoring an AE86 but also interspersed with arsing around, features of other cool JDM cars, travelling to Gatebil and lately they've been doing their second series on going to Japan and trying to absorb as much of the car culture there as possible

Doesn't quite fit your requirements but for me, the best automotive youtube content comes from Noriyaro. Also another vote for Juicebox's 'Japan in a Van' series.
Both of these channels are chaps that just appreciate cars and the cultures than surround them.

Retropower. For Gordon Murray's Escort mk1, the current Project Utah Jaguar, and the weekly videos of stuff in the workshop like a Morris Minor, Stratos, Chevette...
HubNut. Working on his old cars and sometimes doing review videos of other people's old cars.

You might not be especially interested in drift cars, but the Drift Games channel is excellent. They embarked on a pretty crazy venture by taking out a big loan (possibly a covid related grant if I recall correctly), and building these two cars whilst seeking sponsorship to become "pro" drivers. Plus they play around with other smaller builds, and show off some cool cars from around Ireland.
