Roof / rear body remnant looks like it's an early(ish - before the back window was enlarged) Morris Minor. That would be correct! Was a split screen four door with ‘cheese grater’ grill, which I think means it was a sidevalve car. I stand entirely corrected! In the photo it's sat at an odd angle and slightly bent out of shape, so it looks longer/sleeker than a Moggy at first glance. Makes you wonder how it got there.

There’s what’s left of two covernantor(sp?) tanks not far from me on the beach at Titchwell, only visible at low tide Not much left either, they were used as target practice Cant say i'd heard of a Covenanter, perhaps this is why... The Covenanter A13 Mark III Cruiser Mk V tank is regarded as one of the worst vehicles ever produced in Britain at a time when the country was desperate for tanksCovenanter

I'm thinking Fiat Uno for the steering wheel, having spent some considerable time sitting behind one! Other Fiats of the same era may have had similar. More from my 1 hour exercise walk, sad I know

Went back to find the rest of the Morris. I was hoping for some wheels/axle/engine but think it’s probably been dragged away by now, or completely sunk into the ground. Was told by a colleague that when it still resembled a car it was sat on the other side of the track. I did however find this a little further up the way. I think I know what is, any guesses?

Not really car parts, mini digger tracks And no I wasn’t going to pull them out for a better photo because (A) they’re heavy and (B) the nettles round here can take your skin off 🤬

Thats what I think it is. Quite impressive if that’s where it came off the car. The ruts down this track are huge!

These posts remind me of a promise I made myself, that one day I would have my own tracked vehicle! Seems as unlikely as my promise to myself of having a V8 at the moment... ...but maybe using the tracks as a planter might get me a tiny bit closer to living the dream!

^^^like I said, they’re REALLY heavy, and I’m not dragging them best part of a mile back to my house, so they can stay there 😀if course, if anyone wants them I’m happy to give location, and I bet the farmer whose land they’re on would be happy to see them go... Also, funny you should say that mr2fc, my first thought when I saw them was ‘ what could I fit those to?’ That’s how I know how heavy they are.....
