There was no rust points on car floor, but I still had to weld a bit. Only real rust was under the battery but that is normal for car this age. Front boxes, behind front wheels, have been damaged by workshop lift. Somebody used those boxes as jacking points. I don`t know the reason for this. Anyway I had to cut a part of totaly solid floor panel to beat out those workshop jack dents. It was better solution for me to do it this way as outer part of underbody would not be welded and there are holes with rubber plugs to get protection coating inside after welding.
There were also 2 spots on car floor that were hit with some rock or something like that. I was not able to get those areas straight as metal distorted too much. So a bit more welding in upcoming posts.
