Not juiced but on fast air and once owned and built by iain the founder of max hydraulics. Reel cool thread though some awesome rides. Did that used to be black? I clocked it on the way in but forgot to go back and have a good look around it. Running bags eh? The pussy. Real men drive hardslammed! ;D ;D AK: I was tempted by those rims, but 5x114 PCD is a bit of a mystery fitment to me and £65 was a bit much for me to take a gamble on. Found my rev counter, after realising the first one I bought was for a 6-cyl . Never mind, twas only £3. I'll punt it on or put it in a box and forget about it! ;D

Some cracking pics there AK. I'll take the 'T' please, then the Pop. Re- the 250, the best way to tell if a car is real or replica is look at the tax disc. If it's a kit it usually states the donor vehicle under 'manufacturer' bit.

I was there for about 10mins, until the hangover got the better of me, so a wasted journey really. Sorry I missed you guys.

I was kicking myself for forgetting my camera, but i'm glad I didn't now, much prefer your report! Got a few bargains, some velocity stacks for the twin 40's for £8, some engine mounts for the twin engine conversion, and stocked up on extra thin cutting disks (why are they so hard to find?!?) Was meant to go back and get some early 90's Fastcar mags, but forgot. Next time for sure! Was a good day, that.

Gourmet piccy selection – enjoyed with lunch, cheers.
I always forget that Newark is on, which is annoying cos I only live 15mins away.
14th Nov is inked in the diary.

Brilo thread - I dread to think how long it took to put together... Why on earth did someone paint the Wave of Kanagawa on a bus.

Great pics & very amusing captions Akku ;D did you go back for those BBS 17s? if not I bet you see them go for like £500 on eBay next week... AK: I was tempted by those rims, but 5x114 PCD is a bit of a mystery fitment to me and £65 was a bit much for me to take a gamble on. That's Amazon fitment!!!!!! Haven't seen one on BBS before

That's Amazon fitment!!!!!! Haven't seen one on BBS before Damn! I maybe should have had a punt on them at that price, but I really didn't want to end up with £30 worth of ally to weigh in

Great pics. I love the split screen camper with faded signage.
The 'silver jubilee' anglia is called a Gold Standard. They did them in either metallic gold, or blue mink metallic. They made them to commemorate the end of production. They made about 250 of them and there's about a dozen or so reputed to survive. I've got one in my garage, in pieces being restored not to standard. ;-)
