YIKES!!OK, so appreciate that it's in good nick, but it's hardly the pinnacle of originality with that paint, that interior (!), those wheels are incorrect for the year etc, etc.... I suspect the dude is asking £7k so it doesn't sell and therefore he keeps it giving no money to his (ex)wife!

Surely the car is worth the money based on it's former celebrity owner alone.................I'm presuming it was once owned by Tony the Tiger right?!

I saw this first thing this morning and had to laugh. I would have thought the sex appeal of that car was worth £7k alone......

I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people I don't like.

That would make the recently restored one in the Practical Classics classifieds for £1300 a tad bargainous then! What is he talking about? The one that 'sold' for £3100 was not sold at all...it was a fake bid! cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=18275&item=4504960746New Skoda paint job? One of two in this condition? Truly original? Sorry, but no.

this car reminded me of the worlds greatest/worst (delete as appropiate according to results) chat up line:
"did you have frosties for breakfast thismorning? - because you look grrrrrrrrrreat!"
be sure to put lots of effort into the grrrrrrreat part...

he should 'sell' it to a mate for £50, give her half then get it back after the divorce is finalised. her of it being done before to spite ex wives.

Part of the problem may be that she knows how much money he has spent on it, and therefore she would either see straight through that idea, or add his financial irresponsibility to the reasons for the divorce....
