Not bad prices for the gun and tywraps, you may well find them cheaper elsewhere but small quantities are always more expensive.
You can also get plastic coated stainless tywraps that help to protact the cables from the tywraps, overtightening plain stainless ties can cause damage to the cables (or anything else) they are used to secure. Use the widest ties you can for the application, wider tends to be better.
You can also get manual guns which don't cut automatically and can be cheaper, but I have always preferred the auto type
