Replaced the pitman arm so steering is a lot more precise...  stole a fuel pump from a spare engine I have laying around and made a gasket   and ofcoarse drove it around with some friends    Lot's of fun, no problems worth mentioning. Looking to replace some rubber hoses now first to eliminate the possibility they fail in the near future... |

Ofcoarse this is still around. Been enjoying it from time to time... Had some fun with some steering components lately...   And went through technical inspection this morning... All went wel, minor remarks.  . Good for another 2 years of driving legally! |

Love these CROWN Station wagons, a friend's father had a blue one in Salisbury in Rhodesia in the 70s, the back window was electric and was so cool to us. Always liked the styling, especially the front.

Time for an update. So I mentioned I went to Bromley, made a weekend out of it, visited a friend...   And about an hour away from home the engine decided it had enough of holding on to all 6 cylinders  I then proceeded looking for a good replacement engine, and finally found one, going to collect it next saturday. In the meanwhile the engine came out, you can already spot some damage   But now that the 'new' engine is comming, I need to get going at breaking the old one...   Almost there. Hope to be on the road again soon... |
