I thought these looked familiar: At the NRSA show a year or two back, knew I'd seen them somewhere and taken a shot

I really REALLY love those things I see this one in Liverpool from time to time: and this in Wigan: I'd have have an estate with the early front end, dark colour, euro-stretched tyres over wide wheels for a bit of a contrast - modern euro stance on oldskool brit motor ;D

I had one... Ill have to buy one thats on the road in good order next time as not actually being able to drive the thing detracted from the experience.
Do you need any spare 2.5 engines? Ones a PI lump!

Welcome, I've got a 69 Irish assembled MK1 2000,and a stripped 67 spares car. My Dad ran 4 of them thru the 70's. 2 Mk1s and 2 Mk2s He hit a horse with the first one and the doctors at the hospital told him the car saved his life.

Nice cars, would respond well to the golden Luce-treatment indeed (pics are at home regretfully, can't find any now...).

I believe a MK2 2.5PI would have won the London-Mexico World Cup Rally if Ford hadn't bent the rules
