They rule but the first one is gorgeous! Would look even better with some subtle slammage though!
Grizz - here's some real anorak stuff for you. The design was Ogle who also designed the facelifted Reliant Regal (the del boy one), Robin and later Scimmie GTE estate thingy. What Ogle did was take a Daimler Dart and give it the body the engine so badly deserved. I've never seen one.
Reliant decided they liked the look of it and it became the Scimitar with a not-so-dreamy Ford V6 (not much against it really but V8s FTW!)

Indeed the Scimitar GT evolved from the Ogle SX250, which was basically a Daimler Dart SP50 that had been rebodied by David Ogle Associates (later became Ogle Design Ltd). Daimler turned down the design. Reliant were already working with Ogle and happened to be looking for a new design to replace the Reliant Sabre 6, so with the help of Reliant engineers they got Ogle Design to further restyle the Ogle SX250 bodyshell so it would fit onto the existing Reliant Sabre 6 Chassis. ahah, zombie indeed. But did you ever do it? First inpulse i say i don't like them a single bit, but looking at the yellow one on the track and readin your plans for slammage and dish i could see one being exceptionally awesome.
