	Do you choose for that fantasy slamed rig. American Caddilac Chrysler Imperial Le Baron DeSoto Firedome Eastern Europe Tatra 603 Chaika Zil Western Europe Mercedes SEC BMW E23 7 Series Japan Lexus LS400 Nissan President Toyota Century So if you were going to spend a couple of K on a retro or near retro car as the base for a deep and moody slammed gangster ride what would you choose. Bear in mind, you can choose anything you would change once you have the ideal model of shell. but having the right car to start with could make all the difference. Have fun with this one.

	some of these cars are well out of the "couple of grand" range LOL. 'specially the 50s Cadillacs, even wrecks make £5K+ Mid 60s Lincoln Continental Sedan has to be the most sinister, Imperials are coming up close behind. Build me one of these.... Too school for cool

	Some great ideas guys. And while not in the £2kish price range, I was thinking along the lines of a car you would spend proper money on as the base, rather than buying to "unwanted bangers" and "unloved old heaps of poop" that we all really adore on here. And making said proper "investment" into a real show winner. You know I completly forgot the british angle here. Don't have any photos will try to add some in the morning, but what about the Humber Imperial/Super snipe (finned wonder type not the older ones) and the P5B Coupe, or the original proper S-Type Jag. Not as big as the yanks and such, but all have a Presence about the grille and light arrangement.
