triumph 2500pi would look great lowered, painted black and with tinted windows, and they are nice cars to drive, very comfy with a suprising amount of go. the engine bay is big enouh to fit whatever you want in there as well.  |

was gonna say MkX when I saw that other jag. I seem to remember seeing a bit on TV many years ago about some madman rallying one of those in a historic rally! Nuts!

See of the Jag I like of the 60's was the original proper S-Type  Same rear as the Mk X but with the smoother front of the Mk 1/2 models. or the 60's Super Snipe/Imperial   Couldn't find a decent black one. But the 50's Supersnipe/Imperial might just fit the bill with more modernisation work to the engine/brakes/trans.   And of course the P5B Coupe. What is not to love about that.  Just needs a little stick work and the right wheel and things would rock and roll. |
