The latest project.... Bit worse under the bodywork than expected, But still think its do-able. Its all solid. Not seized and has great compression so it WILL go Teaser shot (sellers photo) as ive yet to upload any of mine and topgear is gonna start soon ;D

well.... The above pic was it in the sellers drive... As i picked it up.... This was it about 30 mins after getting it home ;D Carb Litterally FELL off!!! The RUBBER manifold had died. Sourced a new one luckily The carb looked beat up and i realy didnt expect it to live. But it seems ok. I stripped it down. Checked the electronic waxstat choke and the vaccum diaphrams and everything seems great Then on to the very buggered exhaust I knew it looked a little worse for wear But this lot takes the P*SS These are £200 new Love the wheels though... Even though the rear rim is a little rusty. Ive sourced a good one for it... Plans are.... *Get the exhaust patched up and useable. *fill the rad up ( check for leaks) *fit the new fannymold *fit carb *HOPEFULLY start it and give it a quick blast.... If all is well. RIP THE ENGINE OUT and give it all a good clean/polish up. General service it all and whack it in for an MOT. Obviously aint gonna be that easy though is it ;D

Great scooter! A mate had one 'back in the day' and it was bomb proof. As for the exhaust, make a new one. That looks proper buggered.
Sarah Connor used to ride one too, I think.

Some random pics... Havnt got much done in the last few days. Waiting on a inlet manifold i ordered to turn up. While it try fettle the exhaust into a working state. Once thats done, Ill roughly mount the silencer, Mount the carb and manifold and see if she'll run. If it does then ill whip the motor out and get on with a light rework (Just weapy gaskets and a general clean/ reset the valves) Then paint all the underside of the rear of the frame. The plan being to do it in stages, So starting at the rear, Then the floor, Then the front when i service the fork and steerer bearings.

Absolutely love that dash! So do i ;D On another note, I bought an original Honda dealer workshop manual for it. I noticed in pics of the radiator (i want to take it out and give it a good check) The photos show a fan on the back of it.... HMMMM so I checked. There is a bloody fan there, And Better still I bridged the switch and it works On a slight downer. The damn inlet manifold still hasnt arrived so i cant push on with anything i need to. I realy want to get it running , THEN pull the engine and sort issues/ paint the frame and replace parts...

Well it seems official.. The shop ( taipai scooter assasins) seems to have just taken my money and walked. They have gone very quite considering my repeated attempts to even get a reply from them Looks like this weeks project may be making a manifold for it

Have you tried these guys? www.wemoto.com/bikes/Honda/Seem to be quite good.

Its been longer than it was supposed to be at the maximum postage time, And hes not replied to two ebay messages and one email. But hes left feedback for other people in that time As for wemoto, They don't list the ch125

B*gger Might be worth calling Wemoto as they did suggest alternative suppliers for some parts I was after, failing this, stick a post on Retro Riders.....Might be someone on there who know's where to get the more obscure parts.
