In the tradition on the Mooneyes meets in Japan,... The long distance award goes to LordBongo! I think he edges out Mr.B but it would be a close run thing as the crow flies

Great guys, and a beast of a car! I love how it dwarfed Slater's Mini. That's LB on the right with his nephew (?).

Excellent car. But I didnt get a chance to meet him. I know we don't have that much overall say but it would be so much better to have a full two day event. There were so many people I never got a chance to speak to, that I had intended.

I got to chat to the legend! It would be a treat if it was a 2 dayer.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

There were so many people I never got a chance to speak to, that I had intended. That's my biggest regret, out of the NE contingent I only spoke to TonyCC. Keep thinking of loads of you who I wish I'd chatted with. Good to meet the guys from Sudbury at last, plus Stuy and DaveyBoy, who are all fairly local and I hope I'll bump into again.

Dammit, and I thought I was in with a chance for this one, I travelled a whole 15 minutes! Big respect to Lord Bongo and Mr.plums takes some proper commitment to complete a mission like that.

Didn't get a chance to speak to him, but then I didn't get the chance to speak to half the people I wanted to. Didn't get a chance to speak to Pogweasel, despite his beemer being parked pretty much right next to Stuy's cars. Good to meet Spotted laurel, rev dick, racer 86 and all the other top folks
