I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people I don't like.

All that's left now is to sort the alloys and the ride height out - but this won't get done before C.A.R.S Loooking Good .. can't wait to see it in the flesh!

My father-in-law has had a 944 LUX sat on his drive for 2 years collecting dust and rust/ It's in his way of building an extension so he's letting me do all the work on it in return for a years free driving in it All that's left now is to sort the alloys and the ride height out - but this won't get done before C.A.R.S Loooking Good .. can't wait to see it in the flesh! Ride height.....hmmmm, I wish I could put it a lot lower - but have you seen the mountains speed bumps in Windsor

Excellent - but you missed a bit at the back I knew someone would say that It'd be a nightmare to do the back (especially now I've removed the rub strip), as I'd have to do all the way round the back which includes behind the numberplate and bumper....plus the area below the lights isn't high enough to get a complete strip of chex in!

I reckon you could get away with gently fading out the last two or so rows of checks, so that it finishes bang on the rear corner. IMHO this would be a much better graphic solution* than carrying it along the rear panel even if there was space, as I think that would be overkill. *And as they fade, perhaps stretch them a bit to add an illusion of speed

Ah - I thought they were painted . Would the transfer allow you to end the checks in a similar way to that on the RR logo? That could work just as well
